Your question is not very clear, but it looks as if you are referring to
creating another area to put a loopback in when all other interfaces are in
area 0. If this is correct then, the problem exists when a loopback is
advertised in ospf, it is advertised as a host route by default. You can
correct this by changing the ospf network type to point-to-mult. Another
solution is to place the loopback in an area other than area 0 (or the area
where the ASBR exist) and then use the area range command to advertise the
network summary into area 0.
