Couple quick questions regarding Lab Drawing Materials

Can anyone tell me the exact size of the paper you get in the lab. I have
heard conflicting things and I want to be sure that I am drawing my practice
labs at the same scale as the real deal. Also, does anyone have any good
suggestions for colored pens/pencils that can be easily erased and come in
enough colors to color code all the protocols. I have looked at Staples and
a few other stores and I cant find any erasable colored pens or any good
erasable colored pencils. Please give me some suggestions. Thanks,
