In section 2 task 1 step 5 it says in the hints that you must use the passive
interface command in OSPF so that r6 and r7 don't neighbor with each other. I
don't really understand this because if one end of the link is running area 1
and the other end is running area 0 these interfaces will never neighbor, so
then why would the passive interface command be necessary here?
