frame relay on IOS 12.0.(5)T1

guys,
        I am trying to check the frame relay SVC commands but i didnt find
the command under the physical interface FRAME SVC .
iam using 12.0(5)T1,12.0(9) and 12.0(5) should the router be connected to a
frame relay switch that support SVC or what ?
