I don't think that you will see both routes at the same time. The 152.1.1.0
is a backup interface for 152.1.2.0, the serial0/0 network so one of them
will always be down. Try a sho ip ospf database and see if the summary is
in there. You may want to add the following line to the config route-map
summary permit 20, I have seen cases that the route-map xxxxx permit 10
needs a route-map xxxxx permit 20 to close it up. You could also try a
redistribute connected in ospf.
