Swapping Labs

Hi,

Can anybody please advise me on the following:
When I swap a lab date with someone to November for example, can I then swap
this date again should an earlier date arise in the coming months? What is
the actual process when swapping your lab date? Do both parties simply inform
Cisco of the swap and Cisco changes the schedule? Is there a time issue -
say, minimum 7 day notice?

Thanks for any advice - particulary direct from Cisco.
