The 8 in a token ring address is the RII, indicating that there is a
RIF. This is not translated when one goes to an Ethernet address. From
a SR/TLB point of view the Ethernet host would see the token ring host
as 0000.482c.6a1e. Just a point that not all bit swap exercises have a
useful purpose.
