secondary ip add just likes a passive ip?

Hi,

    Using "network <some interface's secondary ip network>" on ospf process
or eigrp as, the network will dispatch throughout the routing domain but be
passive on the interface set with secondary ip add. Is that right?

    Pls give me an affirmance, thank you.
