About a year ago I was working for a very large ISP that will remain
nameless and we were able to make any change whenever we wanted. No change
management approval process, no nothing. We essentially just had to make
sure be backed up the old config. Engineers ran that company which made it a
great place to work. I'm not saying that's the best environment for making
changes on a network but it sure did make things easy 8)
