Roger if you look at your sh isdn st command you have 0 layer 3 calls.

Also i dont see a encapsulation ppp command in your config. You should also
have a ppp multilink for both bris to come up. Also you may want to add the
dialer-load threshold 1 either command which wil lbring up botrh bris
immeidately. Also ad the dialer-idle timeout command. I usually use 30.

I take it your not using authentication? Otherwise you will need the ppp
authentiication pap or chap command. Then specify username and password on
the calling router...
