does the router have a current config or is blank? If it has a config, but
you dont know the passwords,
you might be able to probe using snmp (solarwinds, assuming snmp was setup
and you can guess the communities,
it even has a brute force, but it is slooooow) I had a similar problem
with a router that was totally blank,
I had a dhcp server and a tftp server connected to e0, watch the tftp log,
and you should see if it tries to pull a config.
If that doesnt work , check out the docs on autoinstall..
