Probably need to take another look at the octet count you provided. NSAP
addresses are broken out as follows:
<ATM Switch Prefix - 13 Octets>.<ESI - 6 Octets>.<SEL - 1 Octet> Various
vendors will use the periods in different locations to format the address as
they see fit. However, the length of each section is set by the ATM Forum
as listed above. The ESI and SEL values are set at the client.

Your examples actually look ok, but it is 6 octets not 3 (12 hex digits for
the ESI = 6 Octets) This is a relatively minor point, but could cause
problems if someone is manually setting the ESI and SEL and happens to count
wrong.
