Hi Rick,
The main reason I asked was because I somehow remember I read an article
about an interview with CCIE lab manager. He mentioned DLSw+ is the only IBM
technology will be tested in the lab. I think I read the article in
www.ccprep.com but I cannot find it now.
Hopefully RSRB is not too hard to configure.

There are only a few things which Cisco has announced will not be
in the lab (Appletalk and Decnet are among them). Other than that
it is inappropriate to say that other things are absolutely not in
the lab (I believe RSRB, SDLC, and QLLC are in that category).
Other than the specific excluded topics the general rule is that
anything in the IOS is fair game.
While all those topics might possibly be included, I believe that it
is possible to guess the liklihood of some topics relative to other
topics (DLSw is more likely than RSRB for example). If you do this
then your understanding of the probabilities need to be factored
into your study and preparation plan.
