different ipx network in the lan

hi,
I meet the problem:(the ipx netw of the R1 and R2's interface must be different
 )

    R1(e0)------------(e0)R2
ipx eigrp ipx eigrp
ipx netw 34 ipx netw 43
is it possible for the two router to update route,
can R1 get netw 43 in its ipx route table??
can R2 get netw 34 in its ipx route table??
