Check your map statement, make sure you have broadcast in the stament. Check
your F/R switch make sure your DLCI are properly committed on switch and map
statements. If you're using only one PVC then the spokes will have map
stamements for both hub and spoke via the same dlci. If you need some more
help send your configs.

For some reasons, only from the FR spokes I cannot
ping. From other routers connected to it, no problem.
