I am not sure why you wanna do this, I think everyone in concerned on how
NOT to keep the isdn line up.....

But in case you are testing this in a lab, which I hope you are $$$$$$, you
can allow any kind of traffic to bring up the interface such as distance
routing protocols updates or OSPF hello' etc............

How do you keep an isdn line up permanently? The highest you can set the
dialer idle-timeout is 2147483.
