I would agree with Ken
192.168.96.0/20
The question asked to summarize as much as possible. I take that to mean
summarize with the least number of statements. The question also stated
that there were no other networks elsewhere. This would make the black hole
issue irrevelant since you would not use the overlapping address space
elsewhere.
