Deepak,
Most 2500 series routers have 1 RAM bank and 2 flash banks. There is no way
to determine whether you have 1 or 2 chips currently installed short of
opening the box - which is actually fairly easy. If you're looking from the
side of the interfaces, flash should be to the left.
Make sure you get the right flash type, the ones from 2600 won't work.
