This change is done on all the Windows boxes involved, or is this a router conf
ig.
Please elucidate on the definition of an MS port.

To get Network Neighborhood to work over subnets, you need to add a ip
forward protocol for one of the MS ports. By default, only 2 of the 3 are
handled by IP helper. I can't remember which one is not included off the
top of my head. Try adding UDP 137, 138, and 139, and see which one is
added to the config. This should do it.
