I believe using the command 'netbios nbf' on all
interfaces will work as well. This command is in
desktop/desktop plus and enterprise and maybe some
others.

The UDP port not forwarded by default is 139 I believe
- the service name is netbios-ss if I recall. I just
was helping someone do this the other day but couldn't
get it working but I forgot to disable directed
broadcasts so need to go back and do that.

Not a guru of MS networking camp :)
