I have applied the following in hopes that i did somthing wrong, but the
ethernets can talk and no routes being put into my table for the other
interface.
do you see anything wrong?

I assume your're configuring ISIS for IP routing right? (CLNS is no longer
on the LAB).

Try PING like any other routing protocol. ISIS should basically do the same
as OSPF, although it is encapsulated directly over L2 and the configuration
is a little bit different than the other routing protocols.

Of course you will need IP addresses on the interfaces.
