build one - cheapest way
1) buy a db9->rj-45 adapter with pins not set yet (about 3 bucks)
2) buy a pack of 50 ohm resisters (being that the difference in ohms between
the token interface [150 ohms] and the token switch port [100 ohms] is 50
ohms.
3)in any manner that works (i suggest solder) put a resister between the db9
head pin and the rj-45 pin. -----|------@------<
head resistor rj-45 pin
pin out are as follows ON THE DB9 CONNECTOR
RJ-45 DB9 Plug
3 -- 5
6 -- 9
5 -- 6
4 -- 1
worked for me - good luck
