Problems with Teltone/2500's

I have a Teltone Demonstrator connected to a 2503 and 2520 via Adtran ACE1
NT's. I get multiple-frame-established and valid spid's. When I enable
debug isdn q921/q931 and generate interesting traffic, I get an error
message saying that there was a delayed response from the called number.
This happens dialing from either router. IOS 12.1(9)

1. Have anyone seen this problem before?

2. Does anyone know what config parameters I should use on the Teltone and
which isdn switch type on the routers?
