I don't think it was asking for summarization like the area-range command but
rather a consiolidation of the network statements. If you want to denote what
interfaces belong to what areas, then this mask is acceptable for the network
statement. Heck, all ones works just as well. Wild card mask and network mask
aren't the same thing.
