What version are you using??
I tried with 12.0(16), and got the following message:
anne(config-if)#ip os authentication-key ?
<0-7> Encryption type (0 for not yet encrypted, 7 for proprietary)
LINE The OSPF password (key)
So no notion of key-chain.
Looking in the 12.0 doc, I did not find any notion of keychain usage for
OSPF:
