IP address Sumarization

Hello All,

I was looking for a tutorial on how to calculate summary ip addresses when they
 land on unusual bit boundaries.

Such as if you had two addresess 150.150.1.1 and 150.151.1.1 and you wanted to
summarize these into one address to be advertised to the rest of your network h
ow would you do it. Or if you had two addresses with 167.100.34.1 and 167.101.3
4.1 how would you summarize them.

I was looking for a guide that would show me how to calculate this. Any help wo
uld be greatly appreciated.
