If your serial is getting a clock it will use that one.
So what I am suggesting is to shut serial 0 and leave only serial 1
open for autoinstall to work.
Hope this helps.

Elias

Subject: SLARP!
I would like to install a new router via an HDLC-encapsulated serial
interface using Serial Line Address Resolution Protocol. I have configured
S1(IPaddress) of the remote router and when trying to install it, it is
trying to run it over S0, my question to you is: How can I change
the config so the autoinstall will attempt to use S1 instead of S0. Thanks
Would you like to terminate autoinstall? [yes]: n
Please Wait. Autoinstall being attempted over Serial0
