Hi Guys,
Here's a slight twist on the previous thread about mapping local
addresses to a DLCI so you can satisfy the requirement of pinging all
IP's from any router.
The only answer that anyone could provide support on was to map it as
above.
What if a scenario you are given says not to use subinterfaces or frame
map's on one of the spokes?
The answer for the remote addresses not directly attached by a PVC was
to use a local policy route map to enable you to ping them but what
about the local interface?
I assume this is a valid question as the scenario asks 'ping all IP's
from any router'
What's the solution here?
