Can Someone explain the "Feedback Routes scenario"

I kind of understand what this scenario is concerning LSA's keeping the line
up, but can someone explain it, and provide the typical solution for the
scenario. Passive-Interfaces only suppress Hello's not all LSA's so I
suppose some kind of filtering. If someone could explain I would greatly
appreciate it.
