The two manufacturers that I'm aware of are VIR and ADC. The ADC site below
has lots of broken links.

Be aware that these are not cheap. I've forgotten the quote that I received
on the VIR unit, but it was commensurate with the ADC patchmate unit which
is not cheap. Check the following link for the patchmate price if you want
your jaw to drop a few feet.
