I'm working on bootcamp lab 15 and modified the lab to include an ISDN
between r3 and r14. My intend is to backup r3 using ISDN when serial0 on r3
failed. The BRI on R3 and R14 was put in area1. With this setup, when s0 on
r3 was shutdown, the BRI would make the connection, but r3 and r14 do not
become neighbors. R14 is receiving hellos from R3 but R3 did not receive
any hellos from R14. Pings to the BRI interface were successful. Any ideas
what the problm might be?
