Ok it works. Changed bandwidth to 1kb/s & clockrate to 1200 also on the
interface change the MTU to 18000. Sent aan extended ping with 2000 packets
& the BRI came up

Tariq,

An idea to generate traffic (can apply to other cases) is to send pings,
and using extended commands set the timeout to 0 sec, and size of 1,500
bytes. The router will then send packets as fast as he can (depends on
the platform).
