Unfortunetly with OSPF you can not do a distrib list out (yes if you don't
supply an interface it will let you type the command in, but no it dosen't
work. You have to do distribute list in on your neighbors.

OSPF you can -
Distrib list in
Summary-Address (For redistributed protocols)
Area-Range (Only works between ranges on ABRs)
