Reverse Telnet on Cat2924XL

Hi,

An interesting fault, I can connect to the console port fine with a laptop
on the 2924xl switch, but cannot connect to it via reverse telnet. I am
using a 16 port Async module on a 2621. When I take one port and plug it
into another router the LED lights up (on the Async card), when I plug it
into the switch, the LED goes, off. Am I forgetting something stupid here?
