ospf scenario problems

Hello

I built myself an OSPF scenario as in attached GIF

 <<ospf1.gif>>
(R1,R2,R3,R4 are connected through a frame relay switch, point-to-point
subinterfaces)

I have 2 problems:

1. network 192.168.1.0 does not appear in R2's routing table till I issue
"redistribute connected subnets" on R4
can anybody help me understand what's happening ?
(also 192.168.1.0 appears in R3's routing table with next-hop R2)

2. dashed line between r3 and r4 is a dial-up (async modems) line,
configured with "ip ospf demand-circuit"
after connecting the modems the "ping" works just fine, but no OSPF hellos
exchanged (of course because of this the routers keep dialing)
same question
