ISDN PPP Callback

Hi there, : )

There is anyway to prevent a Callback client to make more then one call
when using ppp callbakc with ISDN?

Everytime I try to ping from the client it makes five calls ( one for
each ping packet ) to the server so in can`t respond immidiately.
