Nigel,

I have only bri conifigured. I am running IP packet debug and the output is
shown in my first mail. Looking at the routing table I saw the route being
inserted as the bri interface comes up. I am using an ISDN simulator.

Could you let me know what IOS version are you using and on what routers.
Are you using and simulator or a service from telco.
