Access to IOS downloads is determined by a couple of things. First, you
have to have a valid service contract with Cisco aka SmartNet or the like.
Second, work for a company that pays for CCO access to IOS. Yes, that
right, pays for it. I work for a gold partner, and we have elected to pay
for access to IOS downloads.
Your CCO login should be linked to the service contract number and then you
can access IOS.
