If you're trying to do static load-balancing on the two trunks,
you could set the port cost for vlan 2 to a very high value on
trunk 1. Then, as long as trunk 2 is up, Cat1 will forward vlan
2 down trunk 2. But if trunk 2 goes down, it'll use 1.
