NT based Telnet server

I am trying to set up a NT based TELNET server for my home lab. The idea is
to telnet into this NT box from outside. I'll Use NT Domain to authenticate
me then from there I'll telnet into my routers. Does anybody have any
suggestions as where to get this kind of freeware?
