I'm amazed that you managed to interpreted that huge amount of information
from that one sentenses below... I must be using the wrong bastard mask !!
;-)
As for www.grandstore.com or AKA www.iqsale.com . I have had extremely bad
experiences with them...
1. First case, bought Cisco 4500 routers with a 2 Serial.. Sent to me
without the module. After lots of calls, then they sent me the module. When
installed. Realised that the router is faulty.. i.e. the module is not
detected when inserted in. Request for RMA. Told me no stock, so return for
refund.. 1 and 1/2 month after returning, still chasing after refund...
2. 2nd case, Thought I give them another chance, , bought 2610 with voice
module. 1 month after payment, still didn't received item.. Chase after
them, finally , after 2 weeks , told me that it was losted and will be
shipped to me on the same day.(Reminded about the voice modules. It took
another 2 weeks before router reach me and voice modules is not inside.
Chase after them for another two weeks.. finally, threaten to file a
complaint , and got a response the same day that the module will be shipped
to me.. All in, this took them 3 months to get it right... (still on the
way.....)
They are not fraudulent, but also not exactly the type that I will want to
deal with.. especially if I have a deadline on my hand.. Considering that
they screwed up, they should have make good on the delivery and do a next
day urgent delivery .. So I'm very pissed off at them, but I still don't go
around calling them bastards.. at least not without explainations...
On the other side of the coin, I have had very good experiences with Market
Network Solutions down in Texas.. I bought a Cisco 2504 from them, they had
a minor mistake which I informed them but didn't really bother much with
asking for compensation or offset as it was quite minor . The next time I
tried to order a Token Ring Hub from them, he actually shipped me one for
free without charges, not even shipping charges. So for those who wants a
good deal on Cisco equipments, I highly recommend Pat McKool. At least I
know that he is honestly interested in making his customers feel good about
his services...
For those interested, you can email Pat McKool Pmckool@aol.com .
