ISL is only supported on the true L3-ports on the front of the
4332-L3. All the other ports in the box will not be ISL-enabled
by adding a 4332-L3

The L3-part of that module is actually a 8510 CSR router which
does indeed support ISL. The router has two GE ports going to
the switch backplane and two ports on the front. The module also
has four separate GE trunks going to the backplane for supporting
the 32 FE ports.
