Oops - I lied. Was looking at the 802.1Q
According to the TAC IOS feature navigator, the 3620 platform will support
ISL in a number of 11.2 and 11.3 releases. Plus feature set required. I am
also assuming that the fast ethernet port is required as well.
The 26xx is not supported until 12.x
