Isl requires the following:
Minimum platform is a 2620
Must be a fast ethernet interface
Must be a "plus" feature set like ip plus, desktop plus, enterprise plus
This information is available in the show ver. Look at the file
name in flash.
flash:c2500-ds-mzxxxxx the "s" represents that this is a plus
feature set.
