This is how the interface was configured:

Loopback3 14.0.0.1 YES NVRAM up up
Loopback99 199.2.2.2 YES manual up up

So if NVRAM then it was stored in the start-up config.

If manual then it was configured after a reload

If TFTP then it was configured by a config from a TFTP server.
