The configs that Johnny gave you below is what you need. I think you may
have overlooked the rules/steps that Caslow provides on p184, where in step
1 he states that "Only _one_ name can be associated with a specific dialer
interface. A unique dialer remote-name must be used for every dialer
interface created." [emphasis added]
