R1 has "ppp auth chap" & "ppp authentication chap callin", R2 does not have
"ppp auth chap"
CHAP authentication does not activate, CALL goes through.

R1<--R2
R1 has "ppp auth chap" & "ppp authentication chap callin", R2 does not have
"ppp auth chap"
CHAP authentication gets activated, CALL goes through.

R1<--R2
R1 has "ppp auth chap" & "ppp chap refuse callin", R2 has "ppp auth chap"
Call does not go through, it seems to refuse CHAP authentication when called
in.

CHAP authentication does not activate, HOWEVER call goes through
