Sounds like you can't see the TFTP server from the router or the image name
you specified in the copy tftp flash command is not precise. Try another
TFTP server if the two previous possibilities are correct. I have been
using Pumpkin for years without a hitch. It used to be freeware, probably
still is, and I would hazzard a guess you could still find it on tucows or
download.com.
