I stayed at the San Jose Hyatt Regency when I was there for a class. It's
only a few miles from Tasman drive (cisco is straight north on 1st st.),
and right next to the airport.
It's a hefty $230 a night, but it's one of the nicer hotels (it may be the
cleanest hotel) that I have stayed in. Very clean, very sharp, and they
hand you an ethernet connection in your room (for an extra $11 or so).
But then again...everything I saw in San Jose was nice...place is like the
twilight zone that way.
You'd want to research this by calling the hotel and perhaps even the lab
coordinator, but I believe that you can catch the trolley straight to the
cisco campus from there.
Oh...and definitely find something to do the night between test days, I
recommend a Sharks game if they are in town that night...but find your own
thing...
