With ATM and frame you will need a protcol mapping pointing to the local IP via
a PVC when using multipoint.

For example, with frame:
r1(config)#int s0/0.10 multipoint
r1(config-subif)#ip address 137.34.4.2 255.255.255.0
r1(config-subif)#frame-relay map ip 137.34.4.2 100 broadcast
